Same thing happens to me on some scores. The entire page disappears until I click somewhere on the page. Hard to make an edit when you can’t see the music. 

The same thing just happened to me. I clicked on a small - at  the upper right hand corner and the screen became solid gray and now I don't know how to get it back.

Have you restarted the computer?

Sometimes the redraw is slow or not at all. If you hit Ctrl-D or Ctrl-U (Windows) it should make everything good. I am sure Mac has a similar command.

Yes, I have restarted.  I even uninstalled Finale 27 restarted the computer, and reinstalled Finale.

My OS is Ventura 13.0.1

You do want to get this to Support via the Submit a request link at the top of the page. Either they know about it and have a solution for you to try or are working on it. It's also possible they haven't seen your issue and will want to know more. MM shuts down over the weekend so it's unlikely anyone will be looking till Monday.
