I just clicked in four grace notes, at a random pich. Then I want back and arrowed them to pich. At the time, it just seemed to be the easy way.

If this was a scan brought in via XML, sometimes it's easiest to set up a new document the way you want it, and copy the score over to it.

You can check by going to the apple icon in the upper left of the screen, and choosing About this Mac... But if you haven’t upgraded the OS in two years, 2014.5 should install.

F26 won’t run on El Capitan, as far as I know.

You have to make the change in two places: Page Layout tool > Page Size... > Change Orientation from Portrait to Landscape File > Page Setup... > Change the orientation there, too.
