I don't think Finale controls that. Rather than printing directly, try exporting as a graphic in PDF format, and printing that.

Another option is to select the score as Adrian suggests, but then just drag the selection one beat to the left. Then, you will have to go to the end, and delete any remaining note

Go through the score page by page, and see if you can find one that might be different. If nothing shows up, send the score to Tech Support.

Make sure that the setting in Page Layout > Page Size agrees with the setting in File > Page Setup...

#1 is easy. Yes, you can do it with the full Finale, but not with the free version. I did a quick look for the fingering graphics, and didn't find them. But I'm sure they are out there, somewher...
