Use a staff style to change the errant staff naming if it does not go away on its own when you restart Finale.
How did you enter the 8v sign? With the smart shape tool?
You should be able to reset the Group (and brace) on the two-stave systems manually. I notice your two-stave systems have overlapping treble and bass clefs (and key signatures) on the bottom staff....
Is your problem that you cannot get the multi-measure rest? You cannot get the double bar? You get a final barline instead?
