If you are looking for the "Tempo Tool" it is no longer present in Finale v25. Use expressions to set the tempo instead.

I suggest you re-install. If you used the Chrome browser last time, try a different one for the download this time.

That sometimes means you need to adjust your audio buffer under MIDI/Audio >Audio Setup. It would help if you would tell us what computer operating system you use and what version of Finale.

If you use certain setups enough to merit saving Aria Ensembles, you would probably benefit from setting up corresponding Finale templates.

In the MIDI/Audio > Device Setup pulldown, see if Rewire is activated. If it is, you would need to de-activate it.
