Sasha, What is your computer operating system and version? If this has been happening since F25, have you submitted a ticket to tech support? What was their response?
Possibly another Mac issue. Have either (or both) of you opened a support ticket? Use the Submit a Request tab at the top of the page.
Can you post a picture? There may be a better way to do what you are describing.
