Did it just happen once? Forget about it, and move on. It happens to me on occasion, with no ill effects. If it happens on every score, then it's an issue that you should take up with MM.
Has it opened in the past, or is this a new installation?
I don't think deauthorizing it will help. But, take a look at "About Finale" or whatever it's called on your system on your old computer. You should get a screen that shows the serial number.
