Any existing "air" at the end of a Finale clip is likely there to avoid cutting up natural reverb in a sample. Your best bet, if this troubles you, is to use something like the free Audacity progra...

What happens if you replace Maestro with Engraver?
Does the volume change happen at the same place(s) every time you play the file(s)? How did you enter the music into Finale?

Your best bet for a workaround would be to see if you can put the chords on a separate MIDI track in your PSR-A3000 before exporting. (I am not optimistic about your chances though.)
