Hi Matthew, I would takle a JW PlugIn for this: JW Meter & Rhythm: Relative Meter Change -> Double Meter/Half Meter Look for Jari Williamsson, Finale PlugIns (in Google). HTH Lothar
If using VST or AU as playback you should export as WAV and then transform via Audacity (= Freeware).
