Are you trying to install a 32-bit application on a Mac OS that requires 64-bit? (I'm not sure how far Apple has gone enforcing this to date.)

When I contacted Finale/Garritan with this question some time ago, they said that there was no setting to prevent harp chords from rolling (to my great disappointment).

Looks as if there is a hidden time signature there.

Was this a music file you have entered from scratch or something imported as XML or MIDI? Are you, perhaps, trying to save in a folder or to a file name that is read-only?
